Troubleshooting
Start with the workspace and the message on screen. Different access, availability, and configuration problems need different remedies.
| Problem | What to check | Who can help |
|---|---|---|
| You cannot sign in | Use your organization’s Orqestra address and the correct organizational account. | Your organization’s identity or platform administrator. |
| A workspace is missing | Confirm that you have membership in that workspace. | Workspace administrator. |
| A page is empty | Check the selected workspace, filters, and whether the resource exists there. | Resource owner or workspace administrator. |
| An action is missing or disabled | Read its explanation and confirm that your role allows it. | Administrator responsible for that scope. |
| The assistant is being provisioned | Allow Home to recheck. | Workspace operator if setup does not complete. |
| The assistant reports an access denial | Use Request access to act when offered. | The person responsible for approving access. |
| The assistant reports a configuration problem | Ask the operator to resolve it, then use Check again. | Workspace operator. |
| A workload is registered but cannot run | Read its readiness reasons: a release, service lane, or required handoff may still be missing. | Workload owner or operator. |
| A save or approval has an uncertain result | Inspect the current resource or approval history before repeating the action. | Resource owner if the result remains unclear. |
When your session expires
Use the Your session expired dialog to sign in again. Review the page before explicitly repeating your intended action. Orqestra does not automatically replay a failed change after sign-in.
Report a useful problem description
Include the workspace, the task you were attempting, the resource’s name or identifier, the approximate time, and the message displayed. Include a request identifier only if one is shown. Follow your organization’s rules for sharing screenshots and conversation content; exclude secrets and sensitive information.
Use your organization’s normal support channel. The responsible administrator or operator can investigate configuration and service problems that you cannot resolve from the portal.
